Proxy
If your city / territory can not be represented at the Administration council meeting which will be held in Szombathely on October 4th and 5th 2008, you have the possibility to vote by proxy
giving your vote power to another member of the association who will replace you and vote on your behalf.
This possibility is optional; still it is important to note that the Administration council can give rule legally only if a minimum of half of its members paying there fees is present or has given a power to vote to a member present at the meeting.
